Applied Kinesiology and Muscle Testing
Applied Kinesiology or A.K. is a holistic tool Sarena uses to determine what to focus on with her patients. It involves using muscle testing along with diagnostic procedures to gather information about her patients’ health status.
A.K. practitioners focus on THE TRIAD of HEALTH:
where there must be a balance between STRUCTURE, CHEMISTRY, and EMOTIONS for HEALTH.
Sarena uses AK along with a variety of other gentle techniques to help people feel their best. Sarena became certified in AK after attending the100 hour course and passing the AK qualification examination in 2016.
